Miller Motte located in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Miller Motte branch campuses have been approved by the State of Tennessee to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of post-secondary distance education. Miller-Motte College is registered with the State of California by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) to offer distance education programs to California residents. The BPPE website may be accessed at www.bppe.ca.gov.

Certification requirements for taking and passing certification examinations are not controlled by Miller-Motte but by outside agencies and are subject to change by the agencies without notice to Miller-Motte. Therefore, Miller-Motte cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take certification examinations, regardless of their eligibility status upon enrollment.
