At Miller-Motte, we aim to empower our students through education and skill development. We do our best to provide our students and graduates ample opportunities to further their education and reach their goals.
In the classroom, we allow our students to practice their new skills to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Our industry-experienced instructors provide feedback, so students may better understand how these skills translate to the workplace. Select healthcare programs offered through Miller-Motte also provide externship and practicum opportunities to help further develop their skills.
We believe incorporating hands-on training alongside classroom learning allows students to solidify their knowledge through experience.
In addition to our instructors, we offer Career Services assistance to current students and program graduates. Our Career Services Team helps students explore employment options, revise their resumes, and perform mock interviews. Career Services also notifies current Miller-Motte students and graduates of relevant employment opportunities as they become available.
Miller-Motte and our Career Services Team cannot guarantee employment or salary regardless of graduation status. We can, however, assist you in developing your skill set to be better prepared for entry level positions in your field.

Why Attend Optional Healthcare Events?
Training provided by Miller-Motte helps students develop and refine a new skill set. Attending optional events, outside of training at Miller-Motte, may provide understanding of developments related to a specific field of study. Remaining proactive may further a student’s expertise in the field and help enhance their resume.
This may also provide additional knowledge, so students may contribute to conversations with future thought leaders in healthcare.
